Introduction to the dyeing process of webbing

　　Ribbon can be used as a kind of clothing accessories products, can also be used as a kind of textiles. There are two main methods for the coloring of webbing, one is the application of extensive dyeing (conventional dyeing), which is mainly to treat the webbing in a chemical dye solution. Another method is to use paint, the paint is made into tiny insoluble colored particles to adhere to the fabric (fiber raw material dye is not included).

　　Dye is a relatively complex organic substance, and there are many kinds of it.

　　1, acid dyes, more suitable for protein fiber and nylon fiber and silk. It is characterized by bright color, but poor washing degree, excellent dry cleaning degree, and is widely used in natural dead dyeing.

　　2, cationic dyes (alkaline fuel), suitable for acrylic, polyester, nylon and fiber and protein fiber. It is characterized by bright color and is very suitable for artificial fibers, but it is very poor for washing and light fastness of natural cellulose and protein fabrics.

　　3, direct dye, suitable for cellulose fiber fabrics, washing fastness is relatively poor, light resistance is different, but the modified direct dye its washing color will be well improved.

　　4, disperse dye, suitable for viscose, acrylic fiber, nylon, polyester, etc., washing fastness is different, polyester is better, viscose is poor.

　　5, azo fuel (Naftol dye), suitable for cellulose fabrics, bright color, more suitable for gorgeous color.

　　6, reactive dyes, mostly used in cellulose fiber fabrics, less used in protein. It is characterized by bright color, light resistance, water washing and good friction resistance.

　　7, vulcanized dyes, suitable for cellulose fiber fabrics, dark color, mainly navy blue, black and brown, light resistance, water resistance is excellent, chlorine bleaching resistance is poor, long-term storage fabric will destroy fibers.

　　8, VAT dyes, suitable for cellulose fiber fabrics, light resistance, wash degree is very good, and chlorine bleaching and other oxidation bleaching resistance.

　　9, paint, suitable for all fibers, it is not a dye, but through the resin mechanical adhesion fiber, dark fabric will harden, but the color is very accurate, most of the light resistance, good washing degree, especially medium and light color.

　　Ribbon as a kind of textile, basic textiles are used above the dye.
